Before we talk about tools, change, or progress, I want to start with something much more basic and much more human. I want to talk about survival mode.
Most people believe that if they could just manage their time better, life would feel easier. They buy planners. They download apps. They optimize calendars. And sometimes that helps a little.
Survival mode doesn’t only drain your energy.
It quietly erases your memory.
At this point in the journey, something important has already happened.
Up until now, this course has not asked you to fix your life.
That was intentional.
